Yang Yi: Yao boss head one gun sees fund with respect to deal of fan the air nobody sees face
Get up in the morning on Monday, heard of Taiwan beast to Lin Zhijie abandons Shanghai finally and choose the word of Zhejiang wide mansion. On MSN, the basketball reporter Yan Zijian with Shanghai the the oldest, famousest also qualifications and record of service, change his autograph file: Yao boss head one gun with respect to fan the air.
I do not know to be inYao MingOf Oriental to Shanghai club buy and on operation, this is an one gun after all, but this affirmation is since buying a success Yao Ming is participated in personally already, reveal the first thing in public line of sight again. Contend for Lin Zhijie to fail, rise momently from this, what Yao Ming perhaps experienced a boss truly is not easy and different.
Contend for a player, victory and defeat is commonplace of military strategist in ancient China. Between player and team, current generation, blame stop Jun Zechen, official Yi Zejun. The player should treat income, professional player, those who talk is the business; 2 should see an opportunity, team actual strength how, suit oneself to develop. Transverse quite, shanghai gives money not as much as wide mansion, actual strength and good luck also are inferior to wide mansion. Upload character as to the net, shanghai opens a yearly salary of 300 thousand dollar to Lin Zhijie, I bear the blame say, this is false rumour completely. Accordingly Lin Zhijie chooses wide mansion finally, it is normal human feelings, none accident.
But this contention to Lin Zhijie, differ with general reason again. Differ in, shanghai is the team that Yao Ming is the boss with whole the famousest CBA. Yao boss wants a player, sufferred refuse actually, not only rejected him, used a Yao Ming well fortunately, made second ego promotion. In realize Lin Zhijie is more likely after Zhejiang of go to somewhere for shelter, yao Ming once still called to Lin Zhijie personally, no matter be the identity with the boss or his position in basketball bound, this is much higher standards, the hope shows his good faith. But Lin Zhijie does not have acknowledge the superiority or seniority of all the same, not only do not have acknowledge the superiority or seniority of, still take this job say to media, unspoken words in a play left to the understanding of the audience or reader is Yao boss calls personally, also fail tarry I. The beast has not hit CBA, grow face greatly, also grew the team of face Yao Ming and us to contend for to wide mansion of new boss Zhejiang at the same time, finally still is cheap nike dunks us win. This circuit is hit, everybody has outer part, with respect to remnant him Yao Ming does not have face.
Laoyan says, this is an one gun of Yao boss; Want me to say, I feel this is an one class of Yao boss. This class tells Yao Ming: Become a boss when you, make on bazaar decision-making, no matter be the actual strength on the actual strength on capital or operation, what all seeing is actual strength, is not your face. Because you are Shanghai team boss, meet without the person be willing to play a ball game for Shanghai team, the game that resembles the boss that because Jordan is lyncean team, does not have a person seeing lyncean group is same. If Shanghai team can give Lin Zhijie to open the monthly pay that gives 20 thousand dollars, yao Ming of basic not need calls, the beast also is met good gracious come to Shanghai. This is the business, yao Ming must understand, he must talk about the business with the means that talks about the business. Had turned over a head to come, lin Zhijie nots worth every months 20 thousand dollars, not worth even ten thousand and five, that lets him go wide mansion became good. Yao Ming makes this telephone call, without any meanings, give a person instead with the handle.
You cannot say Yao Ming lacks the experience on basketball field, but now, he is in shoot a basket, backboard, grab an experience that go up, in Shanghai value was lost on this arena. Sit at the back of clement boss desk, yao Ming is a complete dish bird, the degree of dish, more than dish is being returned to get when he set foot on NBA competition ground 2002. Yao Ming once alone, from the beast kill in the NBA world of billow of feral, the smoke of wolves' dung burnt at border posts in ancient China to signal alarm come out. But now, face an enterprise and industry, domestic trouble and foreign invasion, body home is guarantor, his time is compared actually at the outset more pressing. Yao Ming's bottleneck, be circumstances of pair of a gleam of do not understand. CBA is the place that he grows, but he leaves here already 7 years, to all sorts of human affairs, prices, guild regulations, understanding control is insufficient; The 2 inadequacy that are administrative ability, an athlete runs a company suddenly, need the intellectual setting of disparate domain and experience reserve. Yao Ming needs the nutrition of big mouth derive now, before exceeding 7 years far; The requirement that needs successfully, also be to rely on oneself effort to be able to come true merely no longer.
Yao boss the first gun with respect to fan the air, this does not calculate what important matter. A Lin Zhijie, do not have very actual strength to be able to change team in CBA, shanghai still also has enough time, go searching other Asia player. But the information that shows with be being appeared in this the first gun, let a person can't help worrying about his the 2nd gun, the 3rd gun. After Yao Ming takes next Shanghai lines, at the outset the interrogation that those hiding has emerged gradually come out. Present main energy still puts Yao Ming in oneself to play a ball game, be him then establish a body this, does he have enough time to learn and run a company? Are the his can great standing that finish and thinking changed? He is in the United States for a long time, company front line is in Shanghai, take greetings and gifts to the troops 10 thousand lis and be about to receive full meritorious service, can he master newest circumstance at any time and issue a statement? Have in his group enough does much administrative person with ability help him solve a problem?
These interrogation, I am pulled not straight, I believe him Yao Ming also is pulled now not straight, can feel stone to cross a river only. In my heart, this is the challenge with his the biggest ever since one's birth. (Yang Yi)
