On Sept. 22, 2006 at the Nippon Budokan, JONTE, selected as a finalist of a nation-wide audition “EXILE Vocal Battle Audition 2006 ~ASIAN DREAM~” held to recruit a new member of EXILE, performed his singing voice standing on the stage live before an audience of 13,000 people.
Although TAKAHIRO was ultimately selected as the new EXILE member, JONTE’s performance showed strong appeal to the viewing audience and illuminated his existence, an un-doubtful “advent of new possibility”.

He extended ‘wistfulness’ that everybody would be touched by his incredible voice.
